Membership Policy

What membership is
SIB membership plans (e.g. Basic / Professional / Premium / Enterprise — names and prices as configured by Admin) control platform usage limits such as RFQs, listings and messaging tools. Plans are billed per the interval shown on the Membership page.
What membership is not
- Membership does not equal identity, business, factory or compliance verification.
- Verification badges are earned through separate KYC / inspection workflows.
- Platform Credit (account balance for SIB services) is separate from membership fees.
Payment & changes
Until online gateways are activated, membership payments are accepted via bank or cash deposit with admin confirmation. Plan changes and cancellations are processed by SIB support. Refunds, if any, follow the Terms of Service once finalized.
